Natasha is a senior investor relations, government affairs and corporate communications professional with over 10 years' experience in the private and public sectors.
In her current role in the Department for International Trade, Natasha leads the UK government's relationship with high net worth individual investors, with a view to driving inward investment, exports and philanthropy. Her work covers 20 international markets, facilitating millions of pounds worth of trade and investment in sectors as diverse as healthcare, technology, education and luxury, as part of the effort to attract jobs and growth to the UK.
Natasha was previously a Senior Policy Adviser at the Cabinet Office, helping to set up more strategic interactions between the FTSE 100 and Number 10 Downing Street. She began her career at Tesco plc, the world's third largest retailer, where she held a number of senior roles in Corporate Affairs, including Head of Regulatory Affairs, where she led the development and implementation of Tesco's global strategy to manage regulatory risks.
Natasha holds a first class Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science in EU Politics and Government from the London School of Economics. Natasha is half Italian, half Indian, was born in London and speaks fluent Italian.
Natasha was shortlisted for the Asian Women of Achievement Award for public service in 2018. Founded by Pinky Lilani CBE and supported by the Countess of Wessex, the awards recognise exceptional female talent and leadership across business, media, public service and the arts in the UK.
